Greetings! My name is Nodens and I'm a freelance digital artist from Ukraine.
I mostly work on fantasy-related themes, character/creature design, environment and horror art.
Terms of service:
By ordering a commission you agree to the Terms of Service.
My commissions are digital illustrations for personal and non-commercial use. You need contact me for commercial inquiries. Commissions for commercial use require a contract and are not part of these TOS.▸ I take full payment 100% after approve sketch and palette. I don't refund your money if you change your mind. But if I can’t finish art because of force majeure, I will refund all price.
▸ You can make unlimited edits on the sketch stage, and 3 edits after approve it. For another edits, an extra payment is charged about 15% of the total cost. I’m not going to make global changes (like the whole pose or the entire outfit) for free after the sketch, so please be specific.
▸ The deadline 1-2 months after payment, depending on the complexity of the work. It can be reduced for an additional fee 50% and I will do your art first in line.
▸ As author of artwork, I maintain the copyrights and I am allowed to use it (portfolio, social media, print store) unless we agree otherwise.
▸ You are allowed to use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, avatars, character charts, reference sheets, forums, roleplay etc, and print it for your personal use only. You are not allowed to sell copies of the artwork unless we agree otherwise.
▸ You will receive the artwork as a full resolution 300 dpi file and a smaller version with my watermark on it. To prevent art theft I strongly suggest using the watermarked version - it’s safer that way. Please contact me if you need any specific crop or size.
▸ I reserve the right to decline a commission or remove a client from the waiting line if they behave inappropriately towards me or in the comment section of my submissions.
▸ You can request more than one commission at once. If you’re getting a group commission, I’d appreciate it if the payment would be sent from one person.
▸ Turning the artwork into NFT is forbidden. I forbid using any of my art for any doings with the help of AI and neural networks.Payment:

Work on them takes two months or more. Illustrations similar to D&D companies, are calculated at the price of full illustration (contain 2 characters and background) + 80% of cost every additional character.A few rules about NSFW commissions!
MY YES: one or more participants, group love, anthro, xenophilia, monsters, insects, BDSM and light fetishes, blood, ero/guro, liquids, sex toys, hermaphrodites, non-binary and trans persons, hetero and LGBTQ+ pairing, original and fanart pairing.
MY NO: hypertrophied anatomy, o-face, trash fetishes, zoo, children, commissions with real people.Erotica is included partial or complete nudity, hugging, kissing, touching without explicit sexual interaction.
NSFW is included all of the above with and open sexual contact with special effects and burning bed sheets.I'm open to experimentation, if any of your wishes are not listed here feel free to ask me!
PRICE CAN BE INCREASED FOR:
▸ Party illustration, similar D&D comany (next characters will cost 80% of amount of the first).
▸ Extra characters (+100% price for one extra character).
▸ Modern military aesthetics, space fandoms (+25%).
▸ Static pose or scene without an idea (+30%).
▸ You have only text description (+50%).
▸ Medium and complex background.
▸ Nudity (+10%) and NSFW (+25%).
▸ Сomplex armor design (+20%).
▸ Private commissions (+20%).
▸ Any commercial use.▸ Simple background is gradients, spots, blurry background.
▸ Medium background is nature, landscapes, the simple interior of the room.
▸ Complex backgrounds are architecture, city and cityscapes, highly detailed interiors.
If your background implies that it will have figures of people or the outlines of a crowd, or other creatures, please consider the "illustration" option, where such is included in the price.
I work in two techniques: stylized line art & semi-realistic with no clear lines.
Also, I can offer options with colour, black & white or monochrome for your commission.
PORTRAIT
Portrait with a simple/medium background.
HALF BODY
Chest-up portrait with hands included, and a simple or medium/complex background.
KNEE-HIGHT
Knee-hight figure reaching hip/thighs area, and a simple or medium/complex background.
FULL BODY
Full body figure with a simple or medium/complex background.
ILLUSTRATION
At least two characters in full body, with a complex background. Price starts from $500 (for B&W) or $530 (for colored), and depends on the complexity of your idea, the number of characters and their visibility.

Send your order(s) ideas, descriptions and references, but please use my description form or describe your commission in a similar way. I need that information to arrange the waiting line for the upcoming weeks. The deadline 1-2 months after payment and approve your sketch. To describe your request, please fill out the form presented here (copy it and paste it into your message/document). I appreciate keeping the description as simple as it can be. It will make my work way easier because English is not my native language and I just want to avoid any possible misunderstandings.Please skip the parts that don't apply to your commission type.
